Why would you want to buy the best Ebox air multimedia projector? The first reason is portability. Pull your handheld personal projector out of your pocket, hook up your iphone or ipod and within minutes you can host your own multimedia production. A pocketsize multimedia projector is a simple device which allows you to show movies, videos, photos, games, and slides with friends and family anytime, anywhere.

The second reason handheld multimedia projectors are gaining in popularity is convenience. Gone are the days of crowding around a laptop to see your friend’s videos from her trip to Paris. Never again have to scrunch around a desktop monitor to see your brother’s slideshow from his scuba diving adventures in Australia. With a handheld Ebox air projector you can show a five foot video or slideshow on any surface, even in places where televisions cannot go. Your friend or your sister can simply hook up their ipod to your micro projector and everyone can see clear, large images. What could be cooler than that?

The third reason to use a mini multimedia projector is for networking. These days when technology is so often criticized for keeping people strangers, here is a chance to put technology to work bringing people together. Have you always wanted to share your vacation slideshow with the community but couldn’t spend money on a conference room? Now you can host unlimited presentations on topics that interest you, in your own home, with a handheld pocket projector.

The fourth reason to buy a handheld pocket projector is just for fun! Watch movies and slideshows of personal interest with friends and relatives who live near you is bound to enrich your relationships. Pop some popcorn, break out a few beers and have a private showing with those who mean the most in your life. Hosting your own media party is more fun than sending your multimedia creations as email attachments. And this is one way to share your memories with the people in your life who have not entered the computer era – perhaps your grandparents.

Now is a terrific time to buy a handheld projector, because the resolution on these second generation handheld projectors has greatly improved over their predecessors. Battery life has also greatly improved. And remember the price of these Ebox air pocket projectors keeps decreasing with every technological breakthrough in micro projector technology.

The newest generation of pocket projectors is meant to be more mobile than its predecessors, which will definitely increase its sales potential. Blending them into gadgets that consumers are already familiar with such as cell phones helps new users to quickly get familiarized with the technology.

One of the reasons why the Ebox projector is such a great product is because it eliminates the need for a laptop or other media device. This is because the device is usually about the same size as a smartphone so it fits right in your pocket, so there will never be the risk of leaving a valuable presentation behind. Some are standalone while others connect to your iPhone or other media storage device. These pocket-sized projectors can turn any room into a presentation room, which creates a great deal of flexibility for businesspeople all over the world. In many cases, a tiny projector can read Office files like PowerPoint presentations, PDFs and JPEGs natively without the need for added software, so almost any format can be used during these presentations.

One scenario where a Ebox projector might come in handy is when travelling through a hotel lobby at a convention. There are many cases where you might run into someone who you had been hoping to meet, but you will be unable to effectively discuss anything with this individual if you do not have your computer with you. By having access to this tiny projector, you can turn the hotel lobby into a conference room, which will allow you to not only tell this important individual about your ideas, but also show him or her exactly what you are talking about. The possibilities are endless with this type of projector and many people are now catching on with this fact.

Ebox projector is pretty advanced

The technology that is found in a Ebox projector is pretty advanced, as it features a rapid refresh rate. A number of different companies have been working at perfecting this technology and although there is still a great deal of work to be done, the advancements that have been made are amazing. It is also important to keep in mind that the tiny projector is able to emit a great deal of light, despite its relatively small size, so the quality of an individual’s presentations will not suffer at all.

Conclusion

In the end, the Ebox air projector is the perfect solution to anyone’s presentation problems. This product gives people the chance to keep their presentations with them. No matter where they end up, which is great news for the businessperson who is constantly on the move. While it is impossible to know how much this technology will improve into the future, it is good to know that most cell phone companies are already on board with this new technology and will make pico technology an option for their clients in the neat future.

The technology upon which pocket projectors are based is constantly being improved for our benefit. I believe it helps the end consumer when there is a source of information out there to help them make sense of it all when they go shopping for the best pico projector for their needs.

Genre: Real-time strategy (RTS)

Internet Connection Required: No

Intro: Kittypocalypse is an in-depth strategic tower defence game built exclusively for VR across a diverse range of environments. Defeat the hordes of evil alien kitties and salvage whats left of your home planet!

Review: Let’s get this out of the way: If you like cats don’t play this game! But if you looking tower defence style strategy games this is one of the best VR experiences you can do. It plays like a dream and within just minutes you are able to work out what to do and get straight into the game. Once used to the controls the fun really starts and you start to strategize which weapons to put where. With lasers, Gatling guns, Tesla coils and missile launchers to name just a few.

From the off you might notice that the scenery is a little basic, that is because once you are a little further into the game you have to deal with hundreds of kitties as well as fire and weapon effects going off all over the place. Towards the end of each mission, it looks like a hoard of kitties caught up in a fireworks show.

Verdict: I wouldn’t consider myself a fan of tower defence games as a general rule, but Kittypocalypse puts the fun back into the tower defence genre. There are so many ways in which you can play it and so many ways in with you can win. This is only a demo at the moment, but the moment this gets a full release I will be chucking my money at it, no matter what the cost.

Game Title: Time Machine VR

Genre: Adventure

Intro: Time Machine VR is an exploration adventure game. Travel to the Jurassic era and engage with creatures like dakosaurus and pliosaurus. Use high-tech tools to track, probe, and scan them, and upload your findings to the DinoDex to unlock the secret to saving humankind!
Review: Have you ever wanted to visit a real Jurassic park? The Time Machine VR might well be the closest thing you will ever get to seeing a real dinosaur. When I say real, believe me when I tell you that some of the underwater creatures look very real indeed. Even your time pod / ship looks impressive! But it is the freedom to move your own ship and play at your own pace that really makes this game stand out from the rest. You can spend hours just swimming with turtles (until they get eaten) or slashing around with giant prehistoric fish. You do get set back on track if you wonder off a little too much, but apart from that you do feel free to explore and examine your surroundings.

What I really hate is a lot of people moan about how short this game is, but this is not a full priced game by any pricing standards and what “little” you do get looks amazing. If you want to see this game made longer, buy it now and download it and support the makers because they can’t make more apps and experiences of this quality without our support.

Verdict: With this game, you get the gameplay length you pay for (which is not a lot) but the bit you get looks amazing, truly immersive and will leave you feeling as if you really have gone back in time. The sounds and graphics look amazing and the gameplay pace might be a little slow, but that that just seems to make it feel even more realistic. It also has to be said that this app would be perfect for school children because of its educational element but be warned, things do get rather…messy when it comes to feeding time.

Review: There are a couple of things you need to get used to almost straight away if you really want to make this game as enjoyable as possible. The first is that there is no outside spaceship / dog fighting style to had here, there are only the indoor sections. And the 2nd is getting used to the head and controller movements.  But get used to those two things early on and the fun will just keep on coming. With the unusual head movement linked to the ship movement, you will sadly look like an absolute loon playing this game, but that is from the outside. Inside VR, you will be having the time of your life playing this. Bobbing up and down and round and round it is a laugh a minute when you play it.

While the outdoor split screen looks amazing there is not a whole lot to see in this game which might disappoint some people hoping for an all-out space shooter. This is a game of quick head movements, plus good head and hand coordination as you use the controller to boost. With lots of missions and some very tricky sections, you will be head weaving for some time to come.

Verdict: It might not look the most amazing space game running in VR, but beauty is only skin deep as they say and take a little look deeper into this game and you will soon discover just how much fun it can be. It’s even a laugh watching a friend play it and that makes it worth the price of the download on its own.

Intro

Experience virtual life at sea aboard your own pirate ship! Created for the Oculus Rift (and soon other VR HMDs) this is an entirely new interactive environment, unlike anything you’ve encountered before! Developed exclusively for virtual reality headsets, this is not a traditional PC game or sailing simulator. It is an immersive experience designed to delight your senses in life aboard an old sailing vessel, with several fun activities thrown in for good measure. Due to heavy VR performance constraints, the ship does not currently sail, but rather floats in place at two different locales.

Review

What I really love most about virtual reality, is that some things don’t have to have a point, a goal, a mission to be fun! VROOM: Galleon is the perfect example of this. There is no goals or missions or any end. It is just made to look good and have fun with and that is exactly what it does. It’s a ship and island for you to wonder around and explore. Everything looks amazing, sounds perfect and it is a treasure cove itself in all the things you can find and interact with (74 in all).

Verdict

Some of the things you interact with are silly, and some of the effects don’t look up to scratch plus on top of all that there is no plan or mission to be found! But if you want to show someone how good virtual reality can be, show them this! It’s fun in every sense of the word and it was designed to be nothing more than that.

Intro

The Visitor is a VR horror experience about an unexpected visitor calling to your door in the middle of the night. The game relies heavily on atmosphere, utilising a dark environment to make the player both as nervous and uncomfortable as possible.

Review

This is one of those experiences that would have been OK when viewed on a 2D screen, but in full virtual reality with headphones on, suddenly it becomes something so scary not many people make it to the end. There were a few times I thought it was a little too quite, but soon realised that it was only trying to psyche me out and build up the suspense for the next “event”. With each happening getting scarier and scarier it is inevitable the ending was going to be the ultimate fright, and indeed it was.

Verdict

If you like to scare your friends and family this is the VR app to do it with. It’s dark, very atmospheric and will scare the pants off most people. This is one of those apps that should be seen and brought for a laugh and little more.

Intro

Marble Mountain combines the retro gameplay of Marble Madness and Super Monkey Ball with the cinematic experience of Indiana Jones to deliver an exciting adventure anyone can enjoy, but with depth for gamers to master. Balance, roll and puzzle your way through increasingly difficult levels on your way to the top of the mountain.

Most Marble’s spend their days drunkenly smashing into each other or hide in constant fear that the finger of god will come along and flick them. However once in a great while there comes a Marble who is brave enough to leave town and seek glory by traversing to the top of the Mountain and seek the treasure every Marble knows to be there!

Review

Marble games have been around since the start of video games themselves. From 80’s Marble Madness, to newer games like Marble Blast Ultra. Now it is time for marble games to enter virtual reality and it has to be said that it kind of works! While a little nauseating at times, whizzing your marble around is a lot easier to control when you have the depth perception that VR gives you. You get to the point when you instinctively know if your ball will break from a drop or not. While I did find the marble town a little weird I did still enjoy finding all the missions and finished off the levels.

Verdict

Graphics wise this game is more than adequate as with the sound. But it is gameplay where this game shines the brightest. If feels very intuitive and fun at play, even bombing around the marble town is fun! The list of older games I would love to see in VR is almost endless, but marble run wasn’t one of them. But after a few hours gameplay, I am happy it is here.
